- October 17, State Classic hosted by Timber Mesa Archers. Location – Paseo Vista Archery Range
- October 31, State International hosted by Desert Sky Archers. Location – Ben Avery Fita Field Range. registration is open at www.desertskyarchers.com
- November 13-14 State Field – hosted by Desert Archers. Location Tucson Mountain Park
2021 ABFAA State Champion Requirements
Must be a current NFAA member in good standing with Arizona residence to compete.
Three tournaments must be completed to qualify for the final awards.
Qualifying Tournaments *indicates required tournaments.
- State Indoor (five spot)*
- State Indoor (three spot)
- State Classic*
- State International*
- State Field
State Indoor Five Spot, State Classic and State International are required tournaments to qualify for State Champion awards.
Participants in the following tournaments will earn 50 bonus points for each tournament they participate in. Bonus Point tournaments are State Indoor Three Spot, State Field.
After the last tournament of 2021, qualifying competitors will be ranked by total score, highest to lowest. Flights will then be created using NFAA’s system for flights which can be found on nfaausa.com on page 94 of the NFAA Constitution and Bylaws.
Each Flight will have awards to three places
1st place: ABFAA Trophy Belt Buckle
2nd place award to be determined by ABFAA Board
3rd place award to be determined by ABFAA Board
If there are 8 participants in a shooting division (age and gender combined), those divisions will have their own flight division. Any division with under 8 participants will be combined with the rest of the divisions with less than 8 competitors. The exception is Freestyle division which will have its own set of flights due to the large number of participants.
Awards will be determined by ABFAA Board. Rules may be modified and bonus tournaments dropped from consideration due to unforeseen circumstances.
